THE DIGI GROW‘S SALES AND NO REFUND POLICY

  • All sales are final because The Digi Grow offers required information and explanations to clients to ensure that our products and services meet their needs. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions that have already been taken.
  • We firmly believe in our services and support. Without exception, we have a NO REFUND POLICY.
  • By making a payment for Membership to our site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above No Refund and No Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy

At The Digi Grow, we take great pride in delighting our customers. Please review our refund policies for different services.

For Cloud Solutions:

Once the payment is made or the invoice is generated, we don’t entertain any kind of refund requests for cloud-related services.

For Domain Names:

All domain name sales are final at the time of purchase. You are the sole owner of any domain names registered through our services upon payment in full. Should you decide to leave our service for another provider, domain names are transferable and therefore not subject to refunds. Changes to registered domain names (e.g., incorrect spelling) cannot be made once the domain has been purchased with a domain registry. It is very important to verify the spelling of your domain name, and it is recommended that you have someone else read it as well to ensure it is exactly as expected.

For Downloadable Products:

The products available for purchase on our website are downloadable, functional, and try-before-you-buy. We provide free trial periods to let you fully evaluate our products before making a purchase decision. Please use the trial period to ensure the software meets your needs before purchasing a license. All of our software is functional during the trial period. None of our software requires registration to enable its primary functionality. Once the license is activated after payment clearance, no refunds will be given. This policy exists because it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.

For Web & Software Development:

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services (Web & Software Development), we can provide a refund within 3 working days from the date of installation of the project. The final refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us.

Due to Transaction Failure/Twice Deduction:

If you are facing a transaction failure issue, please check your bank account for any deductions. If you do not find any deductions, you can try again to pay for the invoice. Otherwise, submit a support ticket with a bank statement to follow up on the issue. In case you paid twice for one transaction, please open a support ticket or mail us to check the issue, and one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days.

For All Types of Application Development Services:

The company hands over the application only after confirmation of a 3-day trial run from the client. Since The Digi Grow is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the application development is completed. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any application from The Digi Grow.

For ERP & Customized Products:

All our software products are available for purchase according to customer needs. We provide various free trial periods to allow customers to evaluate the products before making a purchase decision. The trial period helps customers ensure that the software meets all desired needs before purchase. All of our software is functional during the trial period and does not require registration to enable its primary functionality. On the actual purchase of software and post-payment clearance, your license to use the software will be activated. After the activation of the license, the customer will not be entitled to any refunds.
